The Illinois Safe Schools Alliance premiered today a new video featuring high school students “talking” to their future selves. At once touching and disarming, hopeful and personal, we’re given a glimpse of the hopes, dreams, fears and uncertainties of teenagers today as they grapple with their sexual and gender identities—no easy feat for any of us, regardless of orientation.
